Returns & refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
How to return
- Email support@lusevyn.com with your order number.
- You'll receive a prepaid return label within one business day (EU only; outside the EU buyers cover return shipping).
- Drop the parcel at any post office. We refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving it.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 31 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at Support@lusevyn.com.
Faulty items
If anything arrives faulty, send a photo to support@lusevyn.com and we'll make it right immediately.
