1. Subject

These terms govern sales between Lusévyn and any customer making a purchase on the site.

2. Products

The products offered are described with the greatest precision. Photographs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment.

3. Price

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes, excluding delivery costs. Lusévyn reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of order validation.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the site implies full acceptance of these Terms. A confirmation email is sent to the customer after payment validation.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or via the solutions offered at the time of checkout. Transactions are secured by our payment provider.

6. Shipping

Delivery times and costs are specified on the Shipping page. Lusévyn cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current regulations, the customer has 30 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with our returns policy.

8. Warranties

Products benefit from legal warranties of conformity and hidden defects provided by law.

9. Liability

Lusévyn cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the product.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are subject to applicable law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
